The PhD thesis defense of María Avenza Ivars, a doctoral candidate in the Business Administration PhD Programme at the Universitat de València and a member of the STEER research team, has successfully taken place under the supervision of Professor Alejandro Escribá-Esteve.

The thesis, entitled “The Role of Family Relationships in Family Firms: Antecedents, Organizational Drivers and Consequences for Business Behaviour”, was evaluated by the following committee:
