Juan Pablo Bustamante Flores, presented his doctoral research project entitled “Conflict Management as a Driver of Innovation and Performance in Family Businesses”, supervised by Professor Pilar González-Navarro and Professor Lucía Llinares-Insa.

During the session, Juan Pablo shared the main research lines of his doctoral project, as well as the objectives and research questions that will guide the development of his dissertation. The project focuses on analysing the role of conflict management in family businesses and its influence on innovation and organisational performance.

The presentation provided an opportunity to introduce the project to the other members of the team and to generate a space for discussion and the exchange of ideas regarding the research.
