Several members of the STEER team attended and participated in the 35th International Conference of ACEDE (Spanish Academy of Management), held from 14 to 16 June in Santander, Spain. This annual event brings together leading researchers and academics in the fields of Economics and Business Management.

Among the STEER participants was Miguel Medina de Córdoba, who took part in the Doctoral Colloquium and presented a poster based on his doctoral dissertation entitled “Dynamics of Strategic Change in SME Enterprises Facing Global Crises: The Role of Top Management Teams”.

In addition, Luis Saurat presented a scientific paper derived from his doctoral research entitled “The interplay between Boards and TMTs. Different approaches in the literature”.

Professors Marta Riera, María Iborra, Pilar González and Lucía Llinares also presented their ongoing research on Corporate Social Irresponsibility and talent attraction.

The papers presented were entitled “Does Corporate Social Irresponsibility? The Role of Future Job Seekers’ Characteristics and Values” and “Environmental Corporate Social Irresponsibility Perception and Employees’ Intention to Work for the Company”.

The participation of STEER researchers in this conference reflects the team’s commitment to the generation and dissemination of scientific knowledge, as well as its contribution to advancing research in the fields of strategy, organization and business management.
