María Avenza Ivars
María Avenza Ivars holds a PhD in Business Management from the Universitat de València, where she obtained the distinction of Outstanding Cum Laude. Her research focuses on the analysis of family businesses and the family-related outcomes associated with this type of organisation. She has also carried out research activities at the Chair of Family Business of the Universitat de València and has worked as a substitute lecturer at the Universitat de València.
She holds a Double Degree in Tourism and Business Administration from the Universitat de València and a Master's Degree in Quality Management. Throughout her academic career, she has received several awards and recognitions, including the Extraordinary Master's Prize awarded by the Universitat de València, the Ministry of Education Collaboration Grant, and recognition as a Young Researcher at the ICIEBE 2023 Congress held in València.
