
María Avenza Ivars
María Avenza Ivars is currently working as a non-doctoral researcher at the Chair of Family Business at the Universitat de València. She is also a doctoral candidate in the ‘Business Management’ programme at the same university, where she focuses her research on the analysis of family businesses and the family results associated with this type of organisation. She has also worked as a substitute lecturer at the University of Valencia.
She holds a double degree in Tourism and Business Administration from the Universitat de València and a Master's degree in Quality Management. Throughout her academic career she has received several awards, including: the Extraordinary Master's Prize awarded by the UV, the Collaboration Grant from the Ministry of Education, and recognition as a young researcher at the ICIEBE 2023 Congress held in València.
