
Lucía Inmaculada Llinares-Insa
Lucía I. Llinares-Insa holds a PhD in Psychology cum laude (University of Valencia, 1998). Lecturer in the Department of Social Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Valencia. She teaches in the area of Social Psychology. She is a member of the research group Transcicions of the University of Valencia and of the Research Unit of the Chair of Family Business of the University of Valencia. She has received a positive evaluation of research activity in the periods 2013-2018 and four positive evaluations of teaching activity.
She is part of the research team of the Chair of Family Business of the University of Valencia in the STEP Project for Family Enterprising. She has coordinated several research projects on the impact of different work processes (labour conflicts and employability) on the behavior and reactions of employees (satisfaction, quality of life, counterproductive behaviors, etc.). In parallel, and in collaboration with the Catholic University of Valencia and the University of Cantabria, she has carried out research on high abilities and socio-educational inclusion. She has been principal investigator in a MINECO project (ref. EDU2013-45919-R) related to insertion companies and has collaborated in multiple research projects funded by national and international organizations on socio-labour inclusion of vulnerable groups and employability.
In addition, she has been principal investigator in the "Valoritza i transfereix Programme" of the Research and Innovation Service of the University of Valencia (5 June 2020) based on an instrument for the analysis of employability (EAS) registered in the Patent Bank of the Generalitat Valenciana (UV-MET-202179R). She is also part of the research team of the intellectual property of the Employability Appraisal Scale extended version (EAS-60) (UV-MET-202179R.). She has also been PI of different educational innovation projects on employability and talent development, competence training, the development of training pathways, innovative training strategies and techniques and universal learning design. She is also principal investigator of two collaboration agreements with non-profit organizations and participates in another collaboration agreement as part of the research team.
In the last 10 years she has participated as principal investigator in 2 projects and in 2 research projects funded by different national and international official bodies. The results of the research carried out have allowed her, together with other members of the research team, to present 70 papers at national and international scientific congresses such as EDULEARN, INTED, IATED, International Congress on Work Psychology and HR, etc.
She is co-author of 3 full books and has published 2 scientific book chapters and has co-authored a full book. She has also been the supervisor of 4 Doctoral Theses and is currently supervising 2 Doctoral Theses in the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Valencia. She has co-authored 30 articles in national and international scientific journals, of which 12 have been published in prestigious journals (Q2) (International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health; Frontiers in Psychology; Psicothema; etc.) and the rest in double-blind journals.
