Esther Sánchez-Peinado is a professor in Business Management at the University of Valencia. She has participated as a member of the research team in 14 competitive projects (5 of them in the last 10 years).

Her lines of research focus on the study of the characteristics and processes of Top Management Teams and business and corporate strategies in SMEs. In particular, her research has focused on the internationalization process of family businesses and service companies.
